What I do at KERB
As Bars Manager, I'm responsible for the daily operations of both Bar Nana and the Warehouse bar in Seven Dials Market. With some of the main roles including, menu design, training, stock control, and of course recruitment!

Who am I?
Starting as a trainee bartender, I progressed to venue management positions within The Adventure Bar Group. After this I did the similar roles with Be At One, before progressing to a Operations role with Rocket Leisure. In 2021 (and not being able to travel for 2 years) I moved to Spain working with The Pulitzer and the Hoxton hotels managing their rooftop bars. Now I've come home and am excited to be starting a new challenge with Kerb/Seven Dials Market in the heart of London!
Advice for prospective candidates
Come down to check the venue out beforehand and see if you like it. If it's a bit of you and you want to interview for a role, be yourself but bring the energy!
