Initial Call

Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll decide whether to move forward with an informal initial chat. This is a great chance to connect with a member of our people team, dive into your skills, experience, interest in KERB, and give you a bit more of an insight into who we are and what the role has to offer!
Stage 3

First-stage Interview

After your chat with our people team, we’ll connect with the hiring team to decide who moves forward in the process. The next step is the First-Stage Interview, a fantastic opportunity to meet your potential future line manager and usually another member of the team. This interview is more competency-focused and follows a slightly more structured approach, but in true KERB style, we like to keep things relaxed! It’s also a great chance for you to ask any questions from your initial call and dive deeper into the role.
Stage 4

Final-Stage Interview

After your previous interviews, we’ll connect with the hiring team once again to decide who moves forward to the final stage. This is a great opportunity to meet with more of the team one last time in a relaxed and informal setting, with a focus on how your values align with KERB and the unique contributions you can bring to our culture. While it’s less structured than earlier stages, it’s a chance for us to dive deeper into how your skills and values align with the role, and for you to ask any final questions to ensure this is the right move for you!
