As a Warehouse & Logistics Manager, I lead and develop high-performing teams to deliver efficient, safe, and well-coordinated operations across complex event environments. I provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for warehouse, logistics, and stock management functions, ensuring seamless execution in fast-paced settings.
I oversee and support management roles within logistics, warehouse, and cellar operations, setting clear goals, maintaining high standards, and fostering a collaborative, positive team culture aligned with organisational values.
My responsibilities include forward planning, supplier coordination, compliance, and cost control, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. I am accountable for ensuring all logistics and warehouse activities run smoothly, supporting the successful delivery of large-scale, dynamic events.
Who am I?
I have over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including management positions. I have also gained experience working in several catering warehouses, so I am familiar with the expected standards. I have progressed at Kerb from a warehouse operative to managing operations, so I not only understand the expectations but also what is required to perform the job effectively.
